Application:
The Washer Disinfector is primarily used for washing & disinfecting of: Surgical Instruments, Feeding bottles. Dentist trays. Kidney basins. Dressing bowls, Glass articles. Etc. Optionally the Washer Disinfector can also be accommodated with a drying function.
Chamber Size & Fabrication
- 600 (w) x 600 (h) x 800 (d) mm.
- The chamber is fabricated from S. S. 304 Stainless Steel with full argon welding.
- The chamber is provided with an adequately sized sump & drain at the bottom.
- The outer paneling fabricated from stainless steel is easily removable for maintenance & servicing 1 No.

Door Sliding
Double doors with quick locking arrangement & with silicone gasket seal.
Cleaning System
The Chamber is provided with 4 rotating spray arms- 1 at top, 2 in middle & 1 at bottom. The middle spray arm is provided for docking. The rotating arm is revolved due to pressure of cleaning medium resulting in a uniform spray over the load.
Circulating Pump
A circulating pump with large runoff is provided for effective cleanout over the objects with round movements of water ejection through rotating arms. The circulating pump is driven by a TEFC, 3phase electric motor
Detergent Dozing
A container with lid is provided for automatic loading of detergent.
Design ensures easy adding of fresh detergent before every cycle
Piping
- All stainless steel piping with full argon welding.
- All piping is of S. S. 304 Stainless Steel.
- All valves have S. S. 304 contact parts with Teflon seat.
- All welding is argon welding.
